COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Recomigo only collects information that it needs to facilitate its users’ experience on the site—enabling users to connect with one another to find useful recommendations and develop cyber friendships. Recomigo receives and stores any information that a user provides. Any information provided is at the user’s discretion and depends on what services the user chooses to take advantage of and to what extent. To use member services, a user must sign up to become a member. To activate membership, a user must provide a member name, a password and a valid email address. Any further information provided for membership activation is optional for the user. Recomigo also receives and stores automatic information that comes from the user’s server logs from their browser. Recomigo uses this information for site utility and maintenance and trend analysis for business and marketing purposes.

EMAIL ADDRESSES
Recomigo uses users’ email addresses only to confirm membership and for contacting members outside of the site. Recomigo will not provide users’ email addresses to third parties without permission.

Recomigo does not share users’ recomigo selections with other users (including those users selected as recomigos). SECURITY
A Recomigo account, and its associated information, is protected by a user’s password. If signed in as a member, a user should sign off when not using the site to help prevent unauthorized access to their account. Access to member accounts is granted to Recomigo employees only to the extent Recomigo needs to carry out normal business operations.

USERS UNDER 18
Because users must be at least 13 years old to use the site, Recomigo intentionally does not receive and store information from children. If Recomigo becomes aware of a violation of this policy, it will delete any information provided by that user. If you are between 13 and 18, Recomigo advises you to get the permission of a parent or guardian before using the site.
