USER ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
You are responsible for reading the terms of use (“terms”) before using Recomigo.com (“the site”) or any of the site’s services. By accessing or using the site you acknowledge that you have read the terms and agree to be bound by the terms. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
As a condition to using Recomigo’s membership services (see Why be a Member?), you must select a member name and password and have the option of providing additional information to be associated with your member name. You may not select a member name that is protected by another’s legal right or that is vulgar or obscene. Recomigo reserves the right to refuse a registration or cancel a membership at its discretion.
Confidentiality of your password is your responsibility.
You must be at least 13 years old to register for and access membership services. Anyone under the age of 13 is not allowed to become a member of Recomigo.
USER/MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
You promise to not use (or allow others to use) the site or any of its services for purposes that are unlawful or in violation of the terms. For example, you cannot use the services to (or use the services in a manner that):
- impersonate another person;
- threaten or harass another person;
- transmit or post spam or junk messages;
- promote bigotry or discrimination against protected classes;
- violate the rights of any third party;
- transmit or post illegal or obscene material;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the site’s administrator controls;
- transmit any viruses, worms or other defects that are destructive or nuisance in nature.

Recomigo may remove any content or member accounts and information anytime at its discretion. You are responsible for any exchanges with other members; however Recomigo may step in and take action in response to member exchanges at its discretion. Recomigo is unlimited in its measures concerning member exchanges.
CONTENT SUBMITTED BY MEMBERS OR USED IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES
By uploading, submitting or otherwise distributing content on the site, you warrant that you own all rights in the content and are dedicating the content to the public domain. You grant Recomigo, Recomigo members and any other downstream users a non-exclusive license to acquire, use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform your submitted/distributed content. You also grant Recomigo, Recomigo members and any other downstream users a non-exclusive license to associate and display your member name with your content.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CONTENT
You are responsible for whatever content you submit or distribute via the site and you assume all associated risks. You, and not Recomigo, are liable if your content violates any third party rights; contains false, misleading or defamatory material; or is in anyway illegal or against public policy.
COPYRIGHT ISSUES
